Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the private transfer services we provide. By booking a transfer with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
This website and our transfer service are operated by Morocco Private Transfers ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Our service
We operate private, door-to-door transfers across Morocco. Every transfer is carried out by a professional driver who is licensed and insured to provide passenger transport in Morocco, using a vehicle that meets local commercial requirements. Prices shown are per vehicle (not per person), fixed at the time of confirmation, and include fuel, tolls, and applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Bookings & confirmation
- A booking is a request until we confirm it. We confirm by email, WhatsApp, or phone, normally within a short time of your request.
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, travel dates and times, passenger numbers, luggage, flight numbers (for airport transfers), and any special requirements (for example, child seats).
- If your requirements change, contact us as early as possible and we will accommodate changes where availability allows; price differences may apply.
4. Prices & payment
- Prices are quoted in euros (EUR). Moroccan dirham (MAD) and cash on arrival may be accepted by arrangement.
- Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- Depending on the booking, we may take a deposit or full payment in advance, or arrange payment on arrival. The amount and method are confirmed with your booking.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Our cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
6. Your responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. For airport pickups, we monitor flights where a flight number is provided and allow reasonable waiting time.
- Travel with valid documents and comply with the driver's reasonable instructions regarding safety, seatbelts, and luggage.
- Passengers are responsible for their own belongings during the transfer.
7. Liability
We will provide our service with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a transfer is limited to the price paid for that transfer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see "Force majeure" below). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, strikes, civil disruption, or government action. Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or, where appropriate, a refund.
9. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can put it right.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This website is published in several languages; if there is any conflict, the English version of these Terms prevails.
