We track every flight, so a delay changes nothing for your client.

You sell at your own price and your clients only see your name. We never sell to them, never share your rates, and the driver only contacts them about the transfer.

Long days and multi-day trips
We plan long days within driving-hour limits, with rest stops, and when driving time requires it, we include a relief driver in the quote.

If a vehicle breaks down, we send a replacement as fast as possible at no cost to you and keep you informed.
Partner terms (agencies)
Rates are valid for the season stated on your rate sheet.
- Minimum booking value
- 1,000€ at our public prices. One booking or request can include several transfers or days.
- Airport waiting
- Flight delays covered, with no time limit and no waiting fee.
- Peak dates
- Peak-date supplement of 10% at most (Eid, Christmas–New Year, Easter week).
- Your first 3 bookings
- 30% deposit to confirm, balance 7 days before the service.
- After that
- Per-booking invoice, payable within 14 days.
- Payment
- Payment by bank transfer in euros or by card.
- Cancellation
- Free more than 48 hours before · 50% between 24 and 48 hours · 100% under 24 hours.
- Deposit bookings
- Refunded in full 7 or more days before, half between 7 days and 72 hours, kept inside 72 hours.
- Group size
- Up to 17 passengers in one vehicle; larger groups get several coordinated vehicles.
These partner terms apply to agency bookings only. Travellers who book directly on our website follow the public cancellation policy.

Questions from agencies
Who actually drives our clients? Are you licensed?
Your clients travel with professional drivers from licensed Moroccan passenger-transport operators, in insured vehicles. We are your single contact: we take the booking, assign the operator and the driver, follow the service and invoice you. On request we send you the licence and insurance of the operator assigned to your services.
Can we get a Spanish-speaking driver?
Yes. Book at least 72 hours ahead and we guarantee a Spanish-speaking driver on your written confirmation. The same applies to French and English.
What happens if the flight is late?
We track your flight, so delays are covered, and your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign until you come out — no time limit and no waiting fee.
What are the payment terms? Do you issue invoices?
For your first 3 bookings we ask for a 30% deposit and the balance 7 days before the service. After that we invoice each booking, payable within 14 days. You can pay by bank transfer in euros or by card.
Is there a minimum booking value for partner rates?
Yes: 1,000€ at our public prices, per booking or request. One booking or request can bundle several transfers or days, for one group or several. Smaller bookings are booked directly at public prices on essaouiramarrakech.com. There is no monthly volume to commit to.
Do you work with agencies outside Spain?
Yes. We work in English, French and Spanish with agencies, DMCs and planners from Spain, France, the UK, Italy and the US, and we reply in the language of your request.
Will you ever contact our clients to sell to them?
No. Your clients stay yours: the driver only contacts them about the transfer itself, we never share your rates, and on request the driver works under your name.
Can the driver hold a sign with our agency name?
Yes. On request, the driver waits at arrivals with a sign showing your agency name and your client's name.
